If you wish to use this service, please read the details below carefully.
*Ticket exchange will not be available at venues other than the Yokohama performance.

You can pick up your ordered products at the designated counter at the time of your choice.
Venue exchange fee: 330 yen (tax included) per item

Application period

November 14, 2025 (Friday) 12:00 to November 19, 2025 (Wednesday) 23:00
*If you wish to pay at a convenience store, please place your order by 11:00 PM on Saturday, November 15th.
・Please note that even if the application period is still open, the application period will end as soon as the collection date and time slots or the number of products sold reach the capacity or planned number.
・Even if the maximum number of reservations for the on-site exchange sales has been reached, products will be sold on-site on the day of the performance, so please use that option as well.

About venue exchange sales

・When entering the venue exchange counter, you will be required to present a government-issued form of identification (driver's license, health insurance card, student ID, passport, disability certificate, etc.) that can be used to verify your identity, as well as the pick-up time slot printed on the QR code in your order history on your My Page.
・Even if you do not have a performance ticket, you can apply, but you will need to pick it up at the venue.
・There are limits to the number of items available for each pickup date and time and each product. Please note that even if the reception period is still open, the reception date and time slots or the number of items sold will end as soon as the capacity or planned number is reached.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
・Only the person who placed the order can collect the item at the venue. Please note that companions are not allowed to line up in the venue to collect the item.
・All ordered items will be prepared by our sales staff. Please confirm the order details and quantity on the spot.
・Defective items can only be exchanged at the venue where you picked them up on the day. If you are exchanging a defective item, you will need a receipt. Please note that we will not be able to exchange the item if you do not have a receipt.
・Even if you are late for collection, you can still collect your parcel during business hours that day. However, please note that you may be accommodated after other customers in that time slot.
- Purchases for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited.
・Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
・Shopping bags are not provided. We recommend that you bring your own bag.
・We will be selling merchandise on the day, but the number of products will be limited.
・If you are unable to receive the ticket, we will ship it to you cash on delivery after the performance.

Application process

Step 1: Choose a pick-up time

First, choose your pickup time.
Please note that there are limited pick-up time slots available. Even if the pick-up time slot is still within the application period, it will end as soon as the maximum number of slots is reached.

Step 2: Choose the product you want

Please select the product you wish to purchase.
Please note that sales are limited and will end as soon as the planned number of products is sold, even if it is within the acceptance period.

Step 3 Complete your order and make payment

Once you have decided on the product, complete the order.
Payment methods available are credit card, convenience store payment, WeChat Pay, and Alipay.
*If you wish to pay at a convenience store, please place your order by 11:00 PM on Saturday, November 15th.
The payment deadline for convenience store payments is the order date plus 3 days.

Step 4: Present the QR code at the venue and receive your product

Once your order and payment are complete, a QR code will be displayed in your order history on your My Page. Please save this QR code as a screenshot or similar.
On the day, present this QR code at the counter to receive your product.

Product Receipt

Please bring the following items with you to the exchange counter at the venue.

1. Official identification (driver's license, health insurance card, student ID, passport, disability certificate, etc.) *Expired and copies are not accepted.
2. "QR code" issued after order confirmation
You can also receive your "QR code" by presenting a screen capture or printout.
You can check the QR code by selecting [View order] in the order completion notification email or by selecting your order number from [Purchase history] on your My Page.
・Pick-up location: Yokohama Arena 2F Centennial Hall (venue exchange counter)

*If the performance is canceled
If the performance is postponed or canceled due to natural disasters, weather, the spread of COVID-19, or other reasons, we will still ship your ordered items at your own expense. Please consider this carefully before placing your order.

・Product shipping date: We will inform you accordingly depending on the situation.
・Shipping address: The "delivery address" registered when placing your order
*In the event of a performance being canceled, shipping costs will be charged at actual cost, not the flat rate charged by the online store. The shipping company will calculate the cost based on the shipping distance, size (dimensions and weight) of the package, and shipping method.
For areas where cash on delivery is not available (such as remote islands), please transfer the shipping fee in advance by bank transfer, and the item will be shipped after we confirm your payment.
