Delivery Time
Shipping times vary depending on the product ordered. Please check each product detail page for more information.
For pre-order items, delivery will be made after the release date.
※For products for which the shipping date is not specified on the product detail page, if payment is by credit card, products will be shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, New Year holidays, and summer holidays) after order confirmation. If payment is by convenience store payment, products will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
※Please note that this refers to the "shipping" date, not the "arrival" date. The actual number of days until delivery may vary depending on your region and the transportation situation.
※If you order products with different estimated shipping dates at the same time, all items will be shipped together on the latest estimated shipping date.
※For goods sold at concert venues or events, shipping may take more than 5 business days depending on inventory status.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to the following reasons:
・High volume of orders
・Temporary out of stock items
・Delivery impossible due to force majeure such as weather conditions
・Delays in product production
・Incomplete orders or payments, such as overpayment or underpayment
・Temporary suspension of shipping operations due to summer holidays, New Year holidays, or consecutive holidays
Shipping Confirmation
Once shipping is complete, a shipping notification email will be sent as support information. Please check it.
Clicking the "View Order" button in the email will take you to a page displaying the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number."
Clicking on the "Tracking Number" will take you to the shipping carrier's inquiry site, where you can check the shipping status.
If you are a registered member, you can also log in via "My Page" and check the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number" from your "Order History."
Shipping Carrier and Delivery Method
Delivery will be made by either Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post. You cannot specify the shipping carrier.
※We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates/times, delivery methods, or special packaging for gifts.
※Orders cannot be delivered to a shipping carrier's office, post office, or convenience store for pickup.
Combined and Separate Shipments
We are unable to combine or split shipments of products after an order has been placed.
All items ordered together will be shipped as a single package once all items are available. Items ordered separately will be shipped separately.
Shipping Fees
Domestic shipping within Japan
Standard shipping: 990 yen / Okinawa only 2,200 yen (tax included)
Nekoposu (post-box delivery): 440 yen (tax included)
※Nekoposu will be delivered and deposited into your mailbox.
Even if an item is eligible for Nekoposu, if the total volume exceeds the Nekoposu service standard, it will automatically be shipped by courier service. (If the Nekoposu option does not appear in the "Shipping Method" section, it means the total volume exceeds what can be delivered by Nekoposu.)
International shipping
The amount varies depending on the country and region. Please check on the payment page.
※Our store uses DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) method.
Customs duties, import taxes, and taxes (VAT) may be incurred upon receipt if the package arrives in the destination country/region/state, and these may be borne by the customer.
※Please comply with all laws and regulations stipulated by the delivery country/region/state.
※Customs clearance conditions vary depending on the destination, so please contact the relevant customs authority for details.
Receipt of Goods
If you are not available at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions on the undeliverable notice left by the delivery company to arrange for receipt of your items.
If you do not pick up your items within the storage period, the items will be returned to RADWIMPS ONLINE STORE.
Please contact us via the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page within 2 weeks of the return.
If two months have passed since the return, your order will be cancelled.
※As a general rule, refunds will not be issued for cancellations.
※You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for re-shipment.
※If you frequently refuse to accept delivery, are absent for an extended period, or request re-shipment for reasons attributable to you, we may restrict your use of our services. Please ensure you always receive your items.
